About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- →Participate in all sales activities in alignment with the Sales & Marketing Plan
- →Focus on MICE market segments to exceed hotel revenue targets
- →Promote the hotel brand and secure new business contracts
- →Build and maintain strong business relationships across local, domestic, and international markets
- →Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- →Attend travel functions and sales roadshows
- →Organize sales trips to generate business for the hotel
Requirements
- ✓Experience in sales management within the hospitality industry
