What You’ll Do • Own the end-to-end operationalisation for the Account Management and Partnerships Teams • Act as Rev Ops business partner to both teams • Ensure efficient and scalable processes are in place and build operational rigor around those processes • Support design and evolution of commission plans and administration of those plans • Manages the internal exception process for revenue reduction for customers • Reviews deals with team weekly, ensuring pipeline health and updates to leadership and FP&A • Established operational processes for newly created Partnerships Team • Creates and maintains Account Management and Partnerships reports and dashboards • Models partnerships programmes for revenue growth and profitability • Ensures Salesforce and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools are efficiently configured to optimise reporting and ease of input • Constantly reviews end-to-end process for efficiencies and automation • Operationalises renewal management and provides modelling for larger, strategic renewals • Delivers GTM reporting to commercial leadership for Account Management and Partnerships • Collaborates with wider Rev Ops and Commercial team on GTM projects Who You Are What you’ll need • Commercially focused, with an operational mindset • Proven experience in a role supporting commercial teams • Strong understanding of systems and data, including how they interact, and how to draw actionable insights • Excellent communication and facilitation skills • Ability to translate strategy into its operational elements to drive execution • Experience working cross-functionally across teams • Curiosity, and exploration of new ideas and ways of working • SAAS, FinTech, and / or payments experience Nice to haves • Experience with Salesforce, Partner Relationship Management tools, Power BI, Qobra, Juro, Salesloft • Previous experience in a Rev Ops role What We Offer You • Share Options – We offer a Company Share Option Plan (CSOP), giving you the opportunity to benefit from any increase in share value in the event of a sale, merger, or flotation. • Bonus – Our annual discretionary bonus, paid in May for the previous year, is based on both company and individual performance. • Flexible benefits - £1000 to spend on benefits to suit you, including private medical insurance, gym membership, dental etc. • Wellbeing app – confidential, on-demand access to therapy, coaching, counselling, management training or mindfulness sessions with accredited professionals, with company-funded hours and top-up options available. • Holidays - 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) plus your birthday off.
