About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive in the Public Sector to join our dynamic, ambitious, and international sales team at SoSafe. This role focuses on driving sales of our Human Risk Management solutions to public sector organizations in the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities
- →Independently acquire new business opportunities in the Public Sector in the DACH region
- →Manage the entire sales cycle – from initial contact to contract closure
- →Collaborate with SDRs to identify and qualify leads, ensuring a stable sales pipeline
- →Drive, negotiate, and close cross-selling and upselling opportunities in collaboration with Customer Success Managers
- →Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers in the public sector
- →Conduct online demos, on-site meetings, and events to present our cybersecurity solutions
Requirements
- ✓2–4 years of experience in a closing role in SaaS sales, ideally with a focus on the public sector or strong interest in Public Sector Sales in DACH
- ✓Responsibility, initiative, and ownership – you bring deals to completion with discipline and consistency
- ✓Teamwork and experience working with cross-functional teams
- ✓Proactive, independent work style and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- ✓Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), prospecting software, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- ✓Fluent German and English language skills
- ✓Willingness to work in a hybrid model
