About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Sales DACH to join our team at SoSafe. This role focuses on driving growth in the public sector by leading and inspiring a high-performance team of Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead, mentor, and enable a team of Account Executives to foster Sales Excellence and continuous skill development
- →Manage the full-cycle sales process for strategic accounts in the public sector, from acquisition to contract closure
- →Support the team in building and maintaining relationships with top decision-makers in public institutions
- →Ensure healthy pipeline, precise forecasts, and CRM discipline through regular deal reviews
- →Collaborate with SDR, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to optimize sales processes
- →Contribute to the development and scaling of sales methodology, playbooks, and best practices
- →Personally manage selected strategic high-value deals to set an example and support team learning
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in SaaS sales in the DACH market within a scale-up/startup environment
- ✓At least 1 year of leadership experience or demonstrated leadership aptitude
- ✓Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and deal coaching
- ✓Hunter mentality with a relentless drive to identify new opportunities
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment and navigate changing priorities
- ✓Proficiency in Salesforce and modern sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- ✓Fluent communication in German and English
