About the Role
We are looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to join our dynamic, ambitious, and international team at SoSafe. This role focuses on driving sales and building sustainable relationships with decision-makers in the mid-market segment. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract closure, and for presenting our innovative cybersecurity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Generate new business opportunities in the mid-market segment.
- →Manage the entire sales cycle independently, from the first contact to contract closure, aiming to win new customers and achieve sales targets.
- →Collaborate closely with SDRs to identify and qualify leads and ensure a stable sales pipeline.
- →Drive, negotiate, and close cross-selling and upselling opportunities in close collaboration with Customer Success Managers.
- →Build and maintain sustainable relationships with decision-makers of potential customers to present the value of SoSafe's cybersecurity solutions convincingly.
- →Conduct online demos, on-site meetings, and events to present our innovative product and strengthen customer business.
Requirements
- ✓2–4 years of experience in a closing role in SaaS sales, preferably with a focus on SMB or mid-market customers.
- ✓Responsibility and ownership – you take initiative, keep goals in sight, and close deals with discipline and consistency.
- ✓Strong teamwork skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- ✓Proactivity and self-motivation with the ability to work independently.
- ✓Adaptability and the ability to manage priorities flexibly in a dynamic startup environment.
- ✓Openness to feedback and willingness to continuously learn and develop.
- ✓Willingness to work in a hybrid model – with office presence days and remote days.
- ✓Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), prospecting software, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- ✓Fluent German and English language skills are required.
