About the Role
We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our motivated and highly skilled team at Momentus Technologies. This role involves designing, developing, deploying, personalizing, and supporting client onboarding processes while working with a variety of services and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage CRM and ERP software implementation projects for clients with 5-500 users
- →Participate in functional and technical working groups and progress meetings
- →Identify business needs, document requirements, and ensure smooth delivery through Best Practices Playbooks
- →Work closely with the Implementation Team, including Project Managers, Principal Consultants, and Technical Services resources
- →Design and deliver key stakeholder training on system configuration and end user training
- →Perform basic project management tasks including creation of onsite agendas, project task list follow up, and escalation of issues to Project Manager & Leadership
Requirements
- ✓Strong understanding of CRM and ERP systems
- ✓Experience in project management and client onboarding
- ✓Excellent communication and training skills
- ✓Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks
- ✓Knowledge of Best Practices in software implementation
