About the Role

MongoDB's CEEUR Regional Marketing team is seeking a Strategic Marketing Manager to architect and execute sophisticated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies. This role will drive growth by balancing executive approaches with developer enablement strategies, ensuring MongoDB becomes the platform of choice for strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities

→Architect Multi-Channel ABM: Develop and execute bespoke 1:1 strategic marketing plans that integrate high-touch executive programs with precise digital execution
→Drive Developer Enablement: Lead initiatives to upskill developer communities within assigned accounts through technical workshops and enablement sessions
→Elevate Executive Programs: Design high-impact programs for C-level personas and build long-term trust through networking
→Bridge the Gap Between Persona Needs: Translate business value for executives while facilitating technical content for developers
→Digital Excellence: Leverage intent signals to deploy targeted digital campaigns
→Strategic Sales Consultation: Partner with Account Executives to identify technical blockers
→Orchestrate the "One Team" Approach: Coordinate between Partner Marketing, Developer Advocacy, and Customer Success

Requirements

✓10+ years of experience in Strategic Field Marketing or ABM within Enterprise Tech/SaaS
✓Vertical Expertise: Proven success in Financial Services and Telecommunications
✓ABM Mastery: Deep experience with 1:1 and 1:few frameworks
✓Digital & Executive Savvy: Background in running digital-first campaigns and executive-level engagement programs
✓Partner Ecosystem Experience: Familiarity with co-marketing alongside Cloud hyperscalers
✓Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in using intent data and attribution tools
✓Native or professional fluency in German and English
