About the Role

We are looking for a Compliance Manager to support an iconic automotive brand and help create groundbreaking work. This role requires a strong foundation in production, creative, and legal compliance, specifically in advertising compliance, intellectual property rights, and creative asset review. The position will focus on automotive brand campaigns, working closely with in-house teams and external partners to ensure legal compliance and smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities

→Oversee and ensure all creative assets comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
→Draft and review legal agreements related to advertising and production campaigns
→Work alongside Business Affairs and Production Teams to advise on and mitigate legal risks
→Support the team in maintaining a structured, efficient workflow
→Help build and implement processes to improve the agency's legal compliance work

Requirements

✓5+ years of paralegal experience, ideally with automotive brands or creative agencies
✓Legal background supporting creative teams in a fast-paced environment
✓Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree
✓Excellent communication skills with legal teams, creative professionals, and external partners
✓Flexibility to adapt and thrive in a constantly changing environment
✓Strong understanding of advertising clearances, intellectual property, trademarks, and ownership rights
✓Ability to navigate music licensing, talent agreements, and other clearance documents
✓Organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously
✓Comfort with digital tools for document management, contract tracking, and collaboration
