About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Manager to join Monks, helping us scale our creative and innovation hubs across EMEA. You will work with our Talent Monks to attract, recruit, and retain top talent, ensuring our hiring processes keep pace with industry demands.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute full-cycle recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- →Partner with hiring managers to guide best practices and elevate the candidate experience.
- →Curate high-quality candidate preselection, ensuring alignment between talent aspirations and business needs.
- →Source passive candidates proactively using advanced search techniques.
- →Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently, bridging hiring teams and candidates.
- →Champion Diversity & Inclusion initiatives to ensure equitable talent pipelines.
- →Optimize workflows by leveraging AI tools for high-volume hiring.
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience with a proven track record in multidisciplinary hiring.
- ✓Highly skilled in modern sourcing strategies with Boolean search expertise.
- ✓A natural networker with a passion for building industry talent connections.
- ✓Proven ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholder relationships.
- ✓Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- ✓Strong soft skills, including active listening, attention to detail, and autonomy.
