About the Role
We are looking for a Payment Operations Specialist to join MoonPay, a unified payments platform for digital currency. This role focuses on stablecoin issuance operations, ensuring money moves reliably and efficiently across MoonPay's global payments stack.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support day-to-day stablecoin mint and burn workflows under strict operational controls
- →Perform daily reconciliations across stablecoin issuance products
- →Execute processes under a four-eyes framework, ensuring segregation of duties
- →Maintain clear operational records for audit and regulatory review
- →Investigate and resolve discrepancies across bank accounts and transaction records
- →Monitor partner and bank SLAs and escalate deviations
- →Monitor key payment health metrics and identify anomalies
- →Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs
- →Support compliance-aligned operations across payments workflows
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in payment operations, financial operations, reconciliation, or accounting
- ✓Highly detail-oriented with strong operational judgment
- ✓Comfortable working across multiple systems and reconciling disparate data sources
- ✓Strong analytical ability to investigate issues and validate with data
- ✓Clear communicator with cross-functional coordination skills
- ✓Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with high accountability
