About the Role

You'll be a critical bridge between Mural's sales team and clients, showcasing the power of LUMA and Consulting services. This role requires strong collaboration with Account Managers to ensure a unified approach to client engagement and success. As a quota-carrying position, you'll be responsible for achieving sales targets related to Mural's offerings.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead client discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to understand challenges and objectives
→Design and deliver compelling demos showcasing Mural's LUMA and Consulting services
→Generate new leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic engagement
→Plan and execute pilot programs to demonstrate the impact of solutions
→Craft persuasive proposals and drive the contracting process
→Serve as a subject matter expert in client conversations
→Ensure smooth project kickoffs and identify upselling opportunities

Requirements

✓Proven pre-sales consulting experience, preferably in SaaS or consulting services
✓Deep understanding of design thinking methodologies and facilitation techniques
✓Strong business acumen and proposal development skills
✓Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
✓Experience with Salesforce, including pipeline and opportunity capture
✓Strategic thinking and opportunity identification abilities
