About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Technical Recruiter to join our team, focusing on state client hiring. This role requires strong recruitment skills and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Perform full-cycle recruitment for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
- →Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver qualified talent within agreed timelines
- →Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- →Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring compliance with client and organizational standards
- →Provide market insights and set realistic expectations for hiring managers
- →Negotiate offers and manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- →Maintain accurate records in ATS and ensure adherence to all compliance requirements
Requirements
