About the Role
Join NBCUniversal’s Enterprise Product Team, responsible for building essential capabilities across the organization. You will manage several products, communicate with clients, and lead product development from ideation to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through delivery and ongoing optimization.
- →Define and own product vision, strategy, and success metrics for key initiatives.
- →Develop and maintain feature roadmaps, prioritizing capabilities based on business needs.
- →Lead grooming sessions to ensure an up-to-date backlog of clearly defined features.
- →Collaborate across functions to capture and analyze requests, define data needs, and align priorities.
- →Partner with architecture and solutions leaders to identify optimal technical solutions.
- →Perform hands-on data exploration and analysis to inform product decisions.
- →Define and execute user acceptance testing for new features and integrations.
- →Coordinate resolution of operational issues and manage change requests effectively.
- →Track and report on vendor performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- →Maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, integrations, and SLAs.
