About the Role
We are looking for a Program Manager to join NBCUniversal Advertising Products & Solutions (AP&S). This role will support our AI workstreams and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead one or more cross-functional programs, coordinating between internal resources and third-party vendors.
- →Own all program artifacts including project plans, project hubs, risk registers, and communications plans.
- →Help build and maintain roadmaps with dependencies from AP&S team, vendors, and engineering organizations.
- →Manage conflicts, recognize risks, and employ mitigation tactics for successful program execution.
- →Manage the intake process for new requests, organizing reports and dashboards.
- →Build and manage stakeholder relationships, providing consistent updates on active initiatives.
- →Support the Director with additional project management as needed.
- →Identify opportunities to share and leverage best practices cross-functionally.
- →Champion the organizational vision and evangelize systems and tools for efficient product management.
Requirements
- ✓Understanding of digital and linear landscape including social platforms, ad serving platforms, and data-enabled media buying.
- ✓Experience in leading cross-functional programs and managing program artifacts.
- ✓Ability to build and maintain roadmaps with dependencies.
- ✓Skills in conflict management, risk recognition, and mitigation tactics.
- ✓Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and providing consistent updates.
- ✓Ability to identify and leverage best practices cross-functionally.
- ✓Strong communication and organizational skills.
