About the Role
We are looking for a Partner Development Manager to join Nebius, a leader in cloud computing for the global AI economy. This role will focus on building and scaling strategic partner relationships across the APJ region.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and grow executive-level relationships with top SIs, MSPs, and VARs across APJ
- →Develop and execute joint business plans to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue
- →Build and deliver scalable partner enablement across sales, technical, and go-to-market motions
- →Identify, recruit, and activate new strategic partners, leveraging an existing APJ network
- →Align closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to integrate partner motions into the broader GTM strategy
- →Track partner performance, pipeline, and forecasts, and take corrective action as needed
Requirements
- ✓7–10+ years of experience in partner development or channel roles
- ✓Proven success driving enterprise cloud or IaaS revenue through partners
- ✓Active, current APJ partner network across SIs, MSPs, and ISVs
- ✓Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure; GPU or HPC experience preferred
- ✓Comfortable operating autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- ✓Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior executives, technical teams, and partner leadership
