About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Field Marketing Manager for the UAE region to design and execute impactful regional campaigns that drive customer acquisition, support sales goals, and grow our presence in the AI/ML ecosystem. This role involves collaborating closely with sales and partner teams to plan and execute events and webinars, lead ABM initiatives, and localize content to engage technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and run multi-channel campaigns to support sales goals and customer acquisition in the target region(s).
- →Align closely with regional sales and partner teams to deliver go-to-market strategies, content, and tools that drive conversion.
- →Lead ABM marketing campaigns for regional account managers.
- →Plan and execute events, including industry conferences, meetups, workshops, hackathons, data center visits, webinars, and executive briefings.
- →Engage with AI user communities, developer groups, and industry influencers through meetups, sponsorships, and speaker opportunities.
- →Track and report on field marketing funnel, focusing on lead quality and revenue contribution.
- →Collect insights from the field to align product positioning, verify region-specific sales practices, and track local competition and market trends.
- →Tailor global messaging and product narratives to resonate with local audiences.
- →Create regional funnel dashboards and ensure marketing efforts are tracked via HubSpot.
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in B2B field or regional marketing, ideally in the tech sector.
- ✓Strong understanding of the AI/ML ecosystem, including user personas such as Founders, CTOs, ML engineers, data scientists, and AI researchers.
- ✓Demonstrated success organizing field programs that combine digital, in-person, and partner-led elements.
- ✓Highly collaborative, with strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams.
