About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to join Nebius' global startup team. This role focuses on managing technical infrastructure and operational tooling for our startup ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

→Own the technical roadmap for all startup community platforms, including online founder portals, Slack, Discord, and third-party integrations
→Build and maintain the founder experience portal with onboarding content, resources, playbooks, and education materials
→Manage newsletter and online community programming for consistent delivery and engagement
→Support CRM integration efforts with Sales and Marketing Operations
→Execute virtual community programming including office hours, AMAs, onboarding sessions, and workshops
→Define KPIs for community growth and user engagement
→Develop reporting dashboards and deliver actionable insights
→Optimize systems based on data and feedback
→Provide operational support for marketing leads

Requirements

✓3–5+ years of experience in community operations or management
✓Proven experience owning and integrating community platforms
✓Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and defining KPIs
✓Experience operating newsletters, virtual programs, or digital communities at scale
✓Highly organized with attention to detail
✓Deep understanding of community led-growth
✓Familiarity with AI, cloud, or developer-focused startup ecosystems
