About the Role
The People Partner (HRBP) will focus on supporting the Go to Market (GTM) organization, including Sales, Customer, and Marketing teams. This role serves as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent strategy, organizational design, performance management, leadership development, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with GTM leaders to support talent planning, performance management, organizational design, and team effectiveness
- →Serve as a coach and thought partner to managers and leaders on leadership effectiveness, feedback, performance calibration, and employee development
- →Advise leaders through complex employee relations matters, ensuring legally compliant outcomes
- →Support workforce planning efforts, including headcount planning, role design, and career path clarity
- →Partner with Recruiting and leaders to shape hiring strategies and onboarding readiness
- →Lead performance management cycles, including goal-setting, calibration, and development planning
- →Use data to identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- →Support change management efforts related to reorganizations and scaling teams
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with People Operations and Recruiting
- →Create leader-ready materials to support people programs and talent initiatives
Requirements
- ✓3–5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role
- ✓Strong experience coaching leaders on performance and team dynamics
- ✓Ability to navigate ambiguity and translate business needs into practical solutions
- ✓Solid understanding of employment laws and compliance considerations
- ✓Data-informed approach to identifying patterns and insights
- ✓Balance of empathy and rigor in advocating for employees and business outcomes
- ✓Clear communication skills to influence at all organizational levels
