About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team at Nextech, a leader in specialty healthcare technology solutions. This role will lead the prioritization, planning, and execution of reporting functions, working closely with Technical Owners and Squad members.
Key Responsibilities
- βInfluence the product roadmap through discovery, prioritization, and refining requirements
- βWork in partnership with Engineering and Design counterparts
- βGather insights into customer priorities and market imperatives
- βPartner with Squad Technical Owners in sprint planning and agile ceremonies
- βCommunicate product roadmaps both internally and to clients
- βLead customer needs discovery activities and translate findings into product requirements
- βDevelop educational materials, webinars, and training for the product portfolio
- βDevelop pricing, messaging, and positioning for Go-To-Markets
- βIdentify industry trends and competitive dynamics
Requirements
- β5 years of relevant product management experience in healthcare technology
- βAbility to synthesize client needs and pain-points
- βExperience developing consumer or patient-facing solutions
- βDemonstrated ability to lead and work across functional teams
- βStrategic thinking with operational execution capabilities
- βKnowledge of healthcare industry regulatory trends and compliance
- βUndergraduate degree
