Key Responsibilities
- →Work with customers to understand business requirements and document them
- →Configure and build integrations based on customer needs
- →Assist with go-live steps and ensure timely deployments
- →Track and record hours accurately on customer master accounts
- →Ensure deployments are completed according to customer contracts
- →Maintain customer satisfaction to encourage loyalty and increased business
- →Handle delicate situations appropriately to minimize liability

Requirements
- ✓12-15 years of experience required
- ✓Proven experience as a Bot Developer or in similar integration roles
- ✓Knowledge of Prompt Engineering
- ✓Understanding of authentication standards (oAuth2, OIDC, SAML)
- ✓Understanding of browser security (CORS, X-frame-options)
- ✓Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- ✓Ability to read API documentation and implement proof of concepts
- ✓Strong understanding of user experience and conversational interfaces
- ✓Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills for SaaS applications
- ✓Experience creating design documents, functional requirements, test cases, and deployment guides
- ✓Product knowledge and ability to adapt previous integrations
- ✓Flexibility to extend hours to coordinate with US team
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
