About the Role

We are seeking a Compliance Project Manager to join our ambitious team at NICE. This role involves leading and managing compliance projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead and manage compliance projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and regulatory expectations.
→Develop detailed project plans, governance structures, and reporting frameworks.
→Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, R&D, Operations, Implementation, and Business Analysis.
→Manage issues proactively, provide visibility of issues and resolution to stakeholders, and escalate internally as required to resolve issues.
→Project implementation involving cloud solution migrations, SaaS implementations, ensuring compliance controls are implemented effectively.

Requirements

✓Proven experience (10+ years) in project management within Compliance, Risk, Financial Services, Technology, or a regulated industry.
✓Strong understanding of regulatory environments and project management framework.
✓Demonstrated experience in cloud environments, SaaS implementation, and managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
✓Strong knowledge of end-to-end project delivery life cycles and formal change governance processes.
✓Proven ability to lead complex multi-stakeholder projects.
✓Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
✓Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
✓PMP, Prince2, or similar certification is a plus.
✓Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving.
✓Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
✓High integrity, discretion, and sound decision-making.
✓Ability to simplify complex regulatory or technical concepts for diverse audiences.
