Key Responsibilities
- →Complete analysis of data and processes to support compelling business cases
- →Analyse business requirements to understand needs and translate these into prioritized requirements
- →Work with stakeholders from business and technology to research and define solutions to business problems
- →Create, review, and maintain process documentation
- →Conduct gap analysis on proposed business/system changes
- →Support throughout the project life cycle
- →Work with Solutions/Systems Architects, Product Leaders, and other key stakeholders to ensure that technical solutions align with architectural, business, and commercial roadmaps
- →Create and submit Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- →Host/facilitate group workshops and presentation of requirements findings, solutions, and suggestions
