Requirements
- ✓1 to 3 years experience in a similar role
- ✓Proven experience in designing and developing e-learning content
- ✓Knowledge of e-learning authoring tools (e.g., easygenerator, Articulate 360)
- ✓Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Creative mindset with innovative thinking about educational content
- ✓Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- ✓Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently
- ✓High fluency or advanced level of English (C1)
- ✓Openness to cooperating with dispersed teams and working across time zones
- ✓Graphical design skills are an asset
