About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Partner Sales Manager to join our founding sales team in Japan. This role is instrumental in defining our sales and customer success motion, shaping future products, and driving business revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and implement Japan Partner Sales strategy with the global team
- →Recruit, enable, and maintain relationships with resales partners
- →Work with direct sales team to achieve regional goals
- →Collaborate with marketing, solutions engineer, and customer success teams
- →Create goals and strategic sales & marketing plans with partners
- →Monitor progress and adjust strategy for continuous improvement
- →Support partners on co-marketing activities
- →Maintain executive relationships with partners
- →Help grow Japan’s business through partner collaboration
Requirements
- ✓7+ years experience in direct and/or partner sales, preferably in SaaS/IT
- ✓Solid understanding of SaaS/IT partner ecosystem in Japan
- ✓Comfortable with the ambiguity and pace of an early-stage startup
- ✓Growth mindset and ability to thrive in a building stage
- ✓Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across GTM teams
- ✓Native level Japanese, business level English
- ✓Willingness to adopt AI tools to work smarter
