About the Role
We are looking for a Paid Media Growth Marketer to drive user acquisition and revenue growth through paid media channels. This high-impact role requires a deeply analytical growth marketer focused on results, testing velocity, and scale.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lower CAC and increase qualified leads to drive ARR impact with key Paid Media Channels
- →Systematically uncover winning creative formulas and audience segments through rigorous testing
- →Push Notion’s acquisition engine into a self-optimizing, compounding growth loop
- →Partner with the Performance Marketing Lead to develop new marketing ideas and approaches
- →Build relationships across the internal organization to drive scaled success for Performance Marketing programs
- →Regularly report on acquisition performance with actionable insights and strategic recommendations
Requirements
- ✓3–5+ years of hands-on experience running and scaling paid performance campaigns at high-growth B2SMB SaaS or consumer tech companies
- ✓Expertise with Meta Ads, Google Search & YouTube, and LinkedIn Ads
- ✓Proven track record of managing $1M–$5M+ annual paid media budgets and achieving ROAS/CAC goals
- ✓Strong knowledge of attribution models, event-based tracking, and pixels/conversion APIs
- ✓Analytical mindset with proficiency in spreadsheets and behavioral analytics tools
- ✓Exceptional copywriting instincts and taste in performance creative that converts
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
