About the Role
We are looking for a Professional Services Solutions Consultant to join our team in Seoul, Korea. This role focuses on helping customers unlock the full value of Notion by redesigning how work gets done and streamlining processes. You will be part of the growing global professional services team and will be responsible for both pre-sales and post-sales activities, as well as onboarding and working with delivery partners in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- →Customize and deliver professional services engagements to meet the needs of the Korea market and sales pipeline
- →Sell and deliver paid services engagements supporting Notion launches to Korea Mid-Market and Enterprise customers
- →Design and implement tailored customer workspaces, optimizing workflows, permissions, security, and best practices
- →Develop and execute change management strategies to drive seamless adoption across organizations
- →Lead end-to-end professional services engagements, from scoping and discovery through execution and delivery
- →Manage project execution, maintaining comprehensive documentation, timelines, and key deliverables
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and contribute to product development
- →Travel when needed to customer and/or partner office locations
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of experience in technical consulting, implementation, or customer-facing roles
- ✓Proven success in delivering customer implementations and ensuring long-term adoption
- ✓Experience with SaaS platforms, including technical concepts and integrations
- ✓Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to design effective and scalable solutions
- ✓Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
- ✓Expertise in change management and driving user adoption
- ✓Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to build strong relationships at all levels
- ✓Outstanding written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- ✓Written and spoken Korean fluency to communicate directly with external customers, partners, and internal teams
- ✓Business level English proficiency to communicate effectively with global stakeholders and peers
