About the Role
We are hiring an International Tax Operations Manager to help define, scale, and operationalize Numeral’s global tax filing capabilities. This role focuses on building structure and clarity in complex regulatory environments, working across multiple jurisdictions to ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify and document tax filing requirements across U.S. and international jurisdictions
- →Translate tax rules into system and workflow requirements
- →Triage complex or non-standard filing issues and act as an escalation point
- →Partner with Product, Engineering, Filings, and Sales to build scalable solutions
- →Support Sales and Implementation teams by clarifying international filing scope
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in indirect tax compliance, tax operations, or tax advisory with U.S. and international exposure
- ✓Strong understanding of tax filing requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- ✓Demonstrated ability to translate tax rules into operational or technical requirements
- ✓Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, or operations teams
- ✓Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure from incomplete information
