About the Role
We are looking for a visionary and highly experienced Product Director for User Growth at OKX. This role will be instrumental in driving natural product growth through innovative product features that boost user conversion, retention, and reactivation. You will leverage the product itself as a catalyst for viral growth, ensuring that our platform not only attracts new users but also deepens engagement and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and market demands
- →Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies that harness the power of product features to drive natural user acquisition and retention
- →Design, implement, and optimize product-led experiments to boost user conversion rates, increase retention, and reactivate dormant users
- →Utilize advanced data analytics to track performance metrics and inform strategic decisions
- →Drive end-to-end growth especially in the European and American markets
- →Plan and execute successful product launches
- →Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives
Requirements
- ✓Proven Experience: 8-12 years of relevant experience in consumer products, with experience in the crypto-related industry strongly preferred
- ✓User-Centric Mindset: Passion for understanding user needs and delivering exceptional user experiences
- ✓Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets and make data-driven product decisions
- ✓Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
