About the Role
We are seeking a senior, builder-minded Product Marketing leader to help establish and define OpenAI’s Frontier platform business. This role will focus on market creation and shaping an emerging product area, defining our go-to-market approach. You will work closely with Product and Sales teams to determine product positioning, market strategy, adoption, and differentiation in the enterprise landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- →Establish a new enterprise market for OpenAI by defining the category, narrative, and value proposition
- →Own end-to-end product marketing for a net-new business, from product definition through launch and expansion
- →Partner with Product to shape strategy and roadmap, translating customer needs and market insights
- →Define GTM strategy with Sales, determining target segments, buyer personas, and messaging
- →Differentiate OpenAI in the competitive enterprise landscape by articulating our approach
- →Develop segmentation, adoption, and usage strategy to identify target customers and growth opportunities
- →Build foundational elements like core narratives, positioning, and sales enablement
- →Operate as an owner, taking accountability for product success in the market
Requirements
- ✓15+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM, or related roles in enterprise, B2B, or platform businesses
- ✓Experience defining or launching net-new products, platforms, or categories
- ✓Ability to translate complex technology into clear enterprise value narratives
- ✓Strong cross-functional partnership skills with Product and Sales teams
