About the Role
We're seeking to hire an experienced sourcer to support our talent outreach and strategy for our Go-To-Market (GTM) roles across OpenAI. This role involves working with hiring managers, recruiters, and cross-functional partners to optimize the candidate funnel and build customized sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with hiring managers across GTM to build and improve recruiting processes
- →Build highly targeted searches that deliver precise candidate profiles
- →Craft thoughtful approaches to candidate outreach to engage passive talent
- →Cultivate long-term relationships with high priority targets
- →Act as the primary touchpoint for candidates from initial outreach until the interview stage
- →Utilize non-traditional strategies to discover talent through events and talks
- →Take a data-driven approach to candidate tracking and pipeline health
- →Represent OpenAI at conferences and events
- →Contribute to cross-functional projects
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience sourcing GTM/sales talent
- ✓Experience sourcing for non-technical roles across various specialties
- ✓Demonstrable success in hiring top technical talent at premier tech companies
- ✓Track record of delivering healthy candidate volume while maintaining responsiveness
