About the Role
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join the Core Platform team at Outreach. This role involves defining and driving the multi-year strategy and roadmap for critical shared platform capabilities, particularly in real-time data & event processing, extensibility, and developer platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for one or more pillars of the Core Platform
- →Partner deeply with engineering to define scalable, evolvable architectures that support massive scale and complexity
- →Translate complex technical constraints and opportunities into clear product requirements
- →Define and maintain platform SLAs, success metrics, and health dashboards
- →Drive cross-functional alignment with other product leaders, marketing, sales, and professional services
- →Stay current on emerging technologies in AI infrastructure, real-time systems, and enterprise SaaS platform design
- →Represent Outreach at industry events and with strategic customers
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years owning developer-facing or platform products
- ✓Deep technical fluency in architecture diagrams, distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture, and API design
- ✓Prior experience shipping and scaling high-throughput SaaS platforms
- ✓Demonstrated success defining product strategy for shared platform capabilities
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
