Key Responsibilities
- →Lead end-to-end HR compliance governance and framework implementation
- →Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory regulations (CLRA, Shops & Establishments, Factories Act, PF, ESI, etc.)
- →Interpret regulatory changes and translate them into actionable HR policies
- →Manage timely statutory filings, returns, and registrations
- →Oversee compliance for employee lifecycle events and outsourced staff
- →Lead internal and external HR compliance audits and represent during inspections
- →Draft, review, and update HR policies, SOPs, and statutory registers
- →Partner with Legal, Finance, Payroll, HR Ops, and business leaders
- →Mentor and develop the HR compliance team and build awareness across the organization
- →Leverage HRIS and compliance tools for automation and process improvement
Requirements
- ✓MBA or Master’s degree in HR, Labor Law, or related discipline
- ✓8–14+ years of experience in HR Compliance or Industrial Relations
- ✓Strong experience in BFSI, NBFC, Manufacturing, or large corporate setups
- ✓In-depth knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
- ✓Experience handling multi-state or pan-India compliance is preferred
- ✓Exposure to labor litigation and inspections is advantageous
- ✓Familiarity with HRIS and compliance automation tools
- ✓Strong risk assessment, problem-solving, and stakeholder influence skills
- ✓Excellent attention to detail, documentation skills, integrity, and confidentiality
