About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team at Pebl, an AI-powered Global Work Platform that helps companies hire talent worldwide. This role involves full life cycle recruiting and building a great organization of talented individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop recruiting plans to meet hiring requirements
- →Manage all aspects of candidate administration
- →Develop an active pool of candidates for future hiring targets
- →Plan and coordinate assessments and interviews
- →Review applications to evaluate if they meet position requirements
- →Liaise with candidates and communicate assessment and interview logistics
- →Coordinate with Talent Operations for candidate checks
- →Conduct follow-up meetings with hiring managers
- →Provide assistance on recruiting/talent acquisition matters
- →Use metrics to identify process improvements
- →Conduct analysis and report on recruitment metrics
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 5 years of related experience in a start-up environment
- ✓Prior experience in managing high volume and niche hiring
- ✓Exposure in a global and HR or Tech environment is an advantage
- ✓Competency-based interview experience is needed
- ✓Must have experience in Ashby and Google Suite
- ✓Ability to partner with Global Talent Acquisition members
- ✓Willingness to work independently on critical open positions
- ✓Good spoken and written communication skills in English
