About the Role
Perforce is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join their sales team. This role involves managing and growing high-value client partnerships across enterprise organizations, developing solutions to real-world challenges, and contributing to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and execute strategic sales plans focused on growth and relationship-building
- →Own the sales process from prospecting to close for enterprise-level clients
- →Achieve revenue targets through value-based selling
- →Stay updated on product updates and market insights
- →Represent Perforce at events and conferences
- →Communicate customer needs to internal teams
- →Partner with cross-functional teams to support client relationships
- →Coach and support team members
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in technology-focused enterprise sales
- ✓Experience with MEDDICC or similar methodologies
- ✓Track record of exceeding goals in enterprise sales, particularly in Asia & India markets
- ✓Knowledge of financial services preferred
- ✓Experience working with partners to deliver solutions
- ✓Collaborative, curious, and inclusive mindset
- ✓Passion for problem-solving and building client relationships
- ✓Reside in Singapore with appropriate work authorization
- ✓Ability to speak Hindi/Marathi preferred
