About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Lead to join Pergolux, a rapidly scaling e-commerce company. This high-impact role involves leading the development and optimization of warehousing, logistics, procurement, and forecasting functions across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- →Oversee warehousing, fulfillment, and last-mile logistics across facilities.
- →Build, onboard, and lead the logistics team for our California warehouse.
- →Standardize operational processes between Connecticut and California sites.
- →Manage procurement strategy, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.
- →Own demand forecasting and align forecasts with sales targets.
- →Lead inventory planning, replenishment strategies, and supply chain operations.
- →Drive continuous improvement across logistics and supply chain workflows.
- →Collaborate with sales, finance, and product teams to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in warehouse & logistics operations management.
- ✓Strong background in supply chain and procurement.
- ✓Skilled in forecasting and inventory planning.
- ✓Proficiency with supply chain technologies (ERP, WMS).
- ✓Strong data analysis and forecasting capabilities.
- ✓Budgeting and cost control management.
- ✓Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level or above).
