About the Role
We are looking for a German-speaking Sales Executive SMB to join our team at Perk. This role involves building connections and closing deals in the DACH market, playing a critical role in our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage a mix of inbound and outbound leads across the DACH region
- →Run impactful, solution-focused product demos and own the full sales cycle
- →Understand prospect needs and communicate Perk's value proposition
- →Keep pipeline organized and up-to-date in Salesforce
- →Collaborate with Marketing to boost brand awareness
- →Engage with stakeholders at all levels
- →Become a product expert on Perk
Requirements
- ✓Native-level German and high fluency in English
- ✓Proven success in a sales-driven role, especially in a phone-based environment
- ✓Solid understanding of B2B solution selling
- ✓Tenacity, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
- ✓Strong team player who also thrives independently
- ✓Customer-first attitude and problem-solving passion
