About the Role
We are looking for an experienced English-speaking, customer-oriented and results-driven candidate to join our UKI Account Management team at Perk. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will contribute to customer satisfaction and work to increase growth and margin within existing accounts. You will be responsible for a portfolio of top spending accounts in a fast-changing, hyper-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own a portfolio of Tier 1 Customers and develop high-level customer engagement with key decision makers
- →Gain a deep understanding of customer businesses to maximize their usage of Perk
- →Identify growth opportunities and develop your portfolio by adding new business opportunities
- →Leverage data analytics to provide clients with regular business reviews, reports, and presentations
- →Be an expert on Perk products to meet and exceed quarterly targets of up-selling and cross-selling
- →Develop strong relationships with clients to shape their business travel programmes
- →Identify common problems within accounts and develop strategies to solve issues
- →Act as a key contact between internal Perk teams and the Account Management Team
- →Effectively prioritize your time to maximize impact in key business areas
Requirements
- ✓Native or near native level of English
- ✓Significant account management or customer success experience managing top tier accounts
- ✓Background within Travel or Expense Management is essential
- ✓Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- ✓Great prioritization and time management skills
- ✓Result-oriented mindset while keeping customer satisfaction as your top priority
- ✓Ability to analyze and translate data for customers
- ✓Empathetic, honest, open, and trustworthy
- ✓Focused and determined
