About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Implementation Specialist – Travel & Spend to join Perk, the intelligent platform for travel and spend management. In this role, you will be the go-to person for our SMB customers, ensuring their Travel and Spend accounts are set up efficiently and delivering value from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead mid-complexity onboarding projects for SMB Travel & Spend customers in the DACH region
- →Drive adoption and activation by applying change management and financial know-how
- →Configure Travel & Spend setups, including policies, workflows, approval flows, and Per Diems
- →Coordinate stakeholders across finance, HR, IT, and travel management
- →Support ERP integrations and manage identity and HR integrations
- →Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience, ensuring early booking and expense activity
Requirements
- ✓German working proficiency is a must
- ✓2–3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with at least 1 year in project management
- ✓Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
- ✓Solution-oriented mindset and adaptability to change
- ✓Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
