Key Responsibilities
- →Procure, maintain, and administer computers, networking equipment, and office technology
- →Manage and optimize corporate software systems, including automations and integrations
- →Oversee and enhance the Mobile Device Management (MDM) infrastructure
- →Deploy and enforce robust security policies and procedures
- →Provision and manage user accounts and permissions
- →Provide prompt, effective technical support and troubleshoot complex issues

Requirements
- ✓5+ years of hands-on IT systems administration experience
- ✓Strong proficiency in Okta, macOS & GSuite environments
- ✓Strong troubleshooting skills
- ✓Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, endpoint protection, compliance and encryption
- ✓Proven track record in managing IT projects on their own, including system upgrades and new implementations
