We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team at Pigment. This role focuses on identifying and recruiting top talent for Sales, Marketing, and Support functions in a fast-paced tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Headhunt top profiles for Sales (pre-and-post sales)/Marketing/Support functions by sourcing and proactive outreach
- →Assess applications and conduct pre-qualification interviews
- →Provide an excellent candidate experience
- →Manage and act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders
- →Track and report talent acquisition metrics
Requirements
- ✓Prior experience in Talent Acquisition in a fast-growing environment
- ✓Experience in go-to-market hiring in the Tech space
- ✓Strong headhunting skills with the ability to pivot between approaches
- ✓Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach
- ✓Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
