About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Recruiting Leader to join Plaid and lead a specialized technical recruiting team responsible for hiring top talent across Product, Design, Data Science, and Security. This role will partner closely with senior leaders to shape hiring strategy and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and inspire a team of recruiters focused on Product, Design, Data Science, and Security hiring
- →Partner closely with senior leaders and executives to align on hiring priorities and talent strategy
- →Own and operationalize recruiting processes at scale, ensuring they are efficient and data-driven
- →Identify gaps in the hiring process and implement best practices to improve quality and experience
- →Drive strong hiring outcomes by balancing business urgency with high-bar recruiting standards
- →Build and maintain trusted relationships across the organization as a strategic advisor on hiring
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of technical recruiting leadership experience
- ✓6+ years of total recruiting experience
- ✓Proven success partnering with senior leaders during periods of growth
- ✓Experience operationalizing engineering or technical recruiting at scale
- ✓Ability to critically evaluate recruiting processes and lead change management
- ✓Track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams
- ✓A candidate-first philosophy with the ability to balance speed, quality, and experience
- ✓Experience in Product Management, Security, or Data Science roles at scale preferred
