What You Will Do
We are looking for a high-energy, AI-native TA Programs Specialist to partner directly with our Global Recruiting Managers. You will not just manage processes; you will redefine them by integrating cutting-edge AI workflows, driving employer branding, and ensuring data integrity across our global recruitment engine.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Innovation & Global Roll-out: Lead the integration of LLM-enabled tools (e.g., Claude, Gems, NotebookLM) and AI search platforms (e.g., Juicebox) into daily recruiting. Automate repetitive tasks to hyper-optimize the hiring funnel.
- Employer Branding: Execute high-impact branding projects to position Plaud as a top-tier employer in the AI space.
- Data Governance & Intelligence: Build and maintain the "source of truth" for recruiting data. Deliver actionable intelligence reports that drive strategic decision-making.
- Strategic Mapping: Conduct deep-dive market mapping projects to identify and engage niche talent clusters globally.
- Global TA SOP: Design and continuously enhance global TA frameworks, policies, and playbooks to improve hiring efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of using data to identify bottlenecks and optimize conversion rates.
- Expert-level proficiency in AI-powered search, automation, and LLM tools (Claude, Gems, Juicebox, or similar). Ability to design advanced AI workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams (Branding, Data, AI) with high precision and minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of progressive TA experience, including at least 1 year in a regional/global TA CoE or TA Programs function.
- Experience in the Tech/AI industry is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and governing programs, tools, or process
improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.
