At Plexus, we're looking for a Sales Director who leads from the front, someone who thrives both closing deals and building others up. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll combine personal revenue ownership with frontline coaching of SDRs and AEs.
Youβll shape how our legal tech platform reaches the market, embed sales excellence into daily habits, and directly influence how fast we scale. If you believe leadership means getting on the tools, not off them, this is where youβll do your best work.

Performance Objectives
Crush Individual Sales Target
β’ Personally bring on new logos by month 6.
β’ Build and maintain a qualified pipeline with 3x coverage.
β’ Consistently execute Plexusβs consultative sales playbook in-market, following a Challenger sales methodology.
Build and Lead a High-Performing Team
β’ Manage a team of 2β4 SDRs and 1β3 Account Executives.
β’ Ensure 75%+ of the team meets quota.
β’ Coach through weekly 1:1s, live-call reviews, and deal strategy sessions.
Implement Sales Operating Rhythm
β’ Drive a world-class sales process, including pipeline inspection, forecast accuracy (Β±10%), and performance reviews.
β’ Deploy KPIs and performance scorecards for each team role.
β’ Establish a high-cadence team rhythm (daily standups, weekly wins/losses, monthly QBRs).
Recruit and Retail A-Players
β’ Hire 2+ high-performing SDRs/AEs within 90 days using structured hiring.
β’ Retain high performers through career development and Plexusβs βBest Versionβ growth culture.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
β’ Partner with Marketing to close the loop on lead quality and campaigns.
β’ Work with Product to provide customer feedback from the field.
β’ Align with CS to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term customer value.
β’ 5+ years in B2B sales (preferably in complex sales, SaaS is helpful but not a pre-requsite)
β’ 2+ years in a sales leadership or player-coach capacity.
β’ Proven record of exceeding personal targets and coaching others to do the same.
β’ Skilled in sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc) and CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot).
β’ Experience hiring, onboarding, and performance managing junior sales talent.
