About the Role
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team at PointClickCare, a leading health tech company. This role involves developing go-to-market and product launch strategies for SaaS solutions serving provider organizations in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct market and customer research to understand target personas and buyer needs
- →Develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging
- →Work with business and product leaders to define market opportunity
- →Lead product introduction/launch planning and KPI development
- →Collaborate with marketing peers to develop content and assets
- →Provide market intelligence to support campaign strategies
- →Enable Sales with clear value propositions and tools
- →Manage financial and operational expense budgets
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or equivalent experience desired
- ✓8-10+ years Product/Portfolio Marketing experience in B2B SaaS
- ✓Experience in healthcare SaaS solutions preferred
- ✓Knowledge of acute, post-acute, ambulatory provider, and health plan markets
- ✓Experience with Product Management and Marketing principles
- ✓Ability to create value propositions and messaging strategies
- ✓Strong marketing expertise and business acumen
- ✓Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- ✓Critical thinker with excellent time management and organizational skills
- ✓Team player with a collaborative attitude
