About the Role
Poshmark is seeking a Brand Manager to bring their brand strategy to life across various channels and teams. This role will support the rollout of Poshmarkβs brand refresh and execute content strategy with cross-functional partners.
Key Responsibilities
- βSupport the rollout and adoption of Poshmarkβs refreshed brand identity by managing brand guidelines, toolkits, and cross-functional enablement.
- βExecute integrated brand initiatives by coordinating timelines, partners, and creative assets.
- βContribute to brand content strategy by supporting top-of-funnel creative, organic social evolution, UGC/influencer guidelines, and cultural content pillars.
- βManage quarterly brand photoshoots in partnership with Creative and Social, ensuring a steady pipeline of fresh, on-brand assets.
- βMaintain strong cross-functional alignment by partnering with Creative, Growth, Community, Product, and People Ops to ensure cohesive brand expression across all touchpoints.
Requirements
- β5+ years of experience in Brand Management, Brand Marketing, Creative Project Management, Growth Marketing, or related roles.
- βExperience supporting brand refreshes, campaign execution, or integrated marketing initiatives.
- βStrong organizational and project management skills; able to coordinate multiple stakeholders and timelines.
- βA creative eye with the ability to review and provide constructive feedback on brand content.
- βExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- βComfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- βExperience working with Creative, Social, or Marketing teams preferred.
- βInterest in the secondhand space, consumer brands, or marketplaces a plus.
