About the Role
The Client Finance Analyst will assist in the overall financial management for client portfolios, reporting, and related month-end close duties. This role involves supporting project accounting efforts, preparing client invoicing, and collaborating with various teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assist with monthly project accounting efforts, including taking notes from status meetings and updating financial trackers
- →Set up new projects in time and expense systems, verifying signatures and escalating discrepancies
- →Update project files for change orders and budget adjustments
- →Book intercompany revenue/cost transactions and update financial trackers
- →Prepare client invoicing and follow up on past due invoices
- →Assist with monthly client accruals and track project costs
- →Update general ledger account reconciliations and assist with ad hoc projects
- →Assist in pulling supporting documents for annual audits
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in accounting, finance, or business
- ✓0-2 years of relevant accounting/finance experience
- ✓Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- ✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Ability to multitask with attention to detail
