About the Role
Property Finder is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team in the MENA region. This role focuses on managing existing customer relationships, developing new leads, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and grow relationships with existing customers through regular communication, monthly business reviews, and timely renewals.
- →Identify customer needs and uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- →Generate new business by researching, qualifying, and engaging prospective clients through outbound outreach.
- →Coach, onboard, and train new and existing clients to maximize product adoption and performance.
- →Present, demonstrate, and recommend Property Finder products using internal data, tools, and insights.
- →Consistently close sales and achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or new business acquisition.
- ✓Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- ✓Strong sales capabilities, including negotiation, objection handling, problem-solving, and competitive positioning.
- ✓Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a target-driven environment.
- ✓Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office applications.
- ✓Customer-focused mindset with exceptional phone, cold-calling, and relationship-building skills.
