About the Role
We are looking for a Partner Account Manager to join Pure Storage’s Channel Sales function. This high-impact role will focus on managing relationships with reseller partners in the French-speaking region, directly influencing indirect revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the day-to-day process for deal registration in Salesforce (SFDC)
- →Coordinate with internal Account Executives for partner-led opportunities
- →Guide partners to access mandatory and optional sales, technical, and certification training
- →Serve as the first point of contact for partner program inquiries
- →Assist the Field Marketing and Channel Marketing teams in driving partner engagement
- →Identify friction points in current partner processes and enhance the reseller experience
Requirements
- ✓Experience providing high-quality support or relationship management in a fast-paced technology or B2B environment
- ✓Demonstrated proficiency with core sales systems, including Salesforce (SFDC) and partner management portals
- ✓A high degree of accuracy and focus on detail
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Fluency in both French and English
