About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Analyst to provide high-quality software support for QAD’s EQMS solution. This role involves analyzing and resolving complex technical issues while ensuring smooth operations for global customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Handle and resolve incoming EQMS software issues from customers and partners according to established SLAs
- →Analyze, test, and solve problems of moderate to diverse scope
- →Formulate reusable solutions for the QAD Knowledgebase and maintain existing documentation
- →Work closely with the global Support team to determine the best solutions for complex cases
- →Provide mentorship and training to the team, fostering professional development
Requirements
- ✓Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills
- ✓Solid knowledge of IT systems and processes
- ✓Ability to analyze data and review various factors for troubleshooting
