About the Role
We are looking for a Group Finance Director to join QIMA and lead the transformation of our global financial operations. This critical leadership role will stabilize and modernize our financial backbone across a highly international organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the accuracy, timeliness and integrity of group financial reporting, consolidation and statutory compliance
- →Maintain robust IFRS accounting policies across >100 entities
- →Act as final escalation point for financial risk and control decisions
- →Accountable for global performance and capability of global SSCs
- →Sponsor automation, analytics and AI adoption to improve efficiency
- →Act as executive sponsor for Finance Transformation initiatives
- →Own financial diligence and integration execution for acquisitions
- →Retain end-to-end ownership of Group tax outcomes
Requirements
- ✓Extensive experience in group financial control and finance operations
- ✓Strong understanding of IFRS accounting policies and balance sheet discipline
- ✓Proven track record in leading finance transformations
- ✓Experience with M&A finance integrations
- ✓Expertise in tax governance across multiple jurisdictions
- ✓Ability to lead and mentor finance teams in a dynamic environment
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
